The restaurant dashboard is built for high-volume environments. Orders queue in real time and are sorted by arrival time. Restaurants can set a maximum concurrent order capacity, after which the app automatically shows them as temporarily busy to incoming customers, preventing the common problem of restaurants accepting more orders than they can prepare on time. Preparation time estimates are editable per order, and any change pushes an updated delivery estimate to the customer automatically.
